What FormRecall does. FormRecall connects to your HubSpot account via OAuth and keeps a version history of your form definitions (field structure, labels, options, settings, consent texts) so you can review changes and restore previous versions.
What we store. Form definitions and their version history; portal ID and region; events (created / changed / deleted / restored); OAuth tokens, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM; the email address you give us on the waitlist. That's it.
What we do NOT store. Form submissions and any data your visitors enter into your forms. FormRecall never requests access to contact records or submission data — only the forms OAuth scope.
Where data lives. Application hosting on Vercel; database on Supabase (PostgreSQL, AWS us-west-2). Transport is TLS-encrypted end to end.
Sharing. We do not sell or share your data with anyone. Subprocessors: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email alerts, if you enable them).
Retention & deletion. Version history is kept while your account is active. Disconnecting your portal revokes our access; on request we delete all stored data for your portal within 30 days. Email pacutilab@gmail.com.
Your rights. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time at pacutilab@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Changes. We'll update this page as the product evolves and note the date above. During beta, the policy may change more frequently.
