1. Service. FormRecall provides version history, change alerts and restore tooling for HubSpot forms ("Service"). The Service is currently in beta: features may change, and availability is not guaranteed.
2. Your account & access. You connect your HubSpot portal via OAuth and can disconnect at any time in HubSpot (Settings → Connected Apps), which revokes our access. You are responsible for keeping your dashboard password secure.
3. Restores are your action. Restoring a form version or re-creating a deleted form modifies data in your HubSpot portal. FormRecall snapshots the current state before every restore and verifies the result, but you confirm each restore and remain responsible for changes made to your portal.
4. Acceptable use. Don't use the Service to violate HubSpot's terms, abuse rate limits, or access portals you don't have rights to.
5. Fees. Beta access is free or discounted as communicated. Paid plans, once launched, renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
6. Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FormRecall is not affiliated with HubSpot, Inc. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
7. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On termination we delete your stored data per the Privacy Policy.
